Obsqura Zone reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, presenters cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances or due to events like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc. In case of a cancellation by Obsqura Zone, you will be notified prior to the start date and will be offered full credit to a future event or a full refund, promptly. Refund may take up to 30 days from the date of cancellation notified by Obsqura Zone.You are therefore advised to consult a Obsqura Zone agent prior to making any travel arrangements for a workshop

CANCELLATIONS BY THE OBSQURA ZONE
In case Obsqura Zone cancels an event, you will be notified by phone or email prior to the start date and 100%** refund of course amount which was paid by candidate will be paid. This may take upto 30 days. The above rule will be same for Part Payment (Installment payments) done by a candidate for any course.
RESCHEDULES BY THE PARTICIPANT
All reschedules must be notified over email and the following rules will apply:
- Greater than 15 days to the workshop: Credit to a future workshop
- Less than 15 days to the workshop: Credit to a future workshop + 10% (of Standard Course Fee) Reschedule charge.
* Please note that all cancellations will incur a 5% deduction in the refunded amount due to transactional costs applicable while refunding.
** This will not include the transactional cost which was paid by the customer during online transaction.
